The check-in is between 12:00 and 16:00. If you arrive earlier or later, please let our team know so that we can assist you if needed!

The last day is all about goodbye hugs and check-out. Is your flight at night or really early in the morning? No worries – we will make sure you are at the airport on time!

During a business retreat, the costs you incur are an investment in yourself and your company, making them business-related expenses. At our company, we provide a range of services, including accommodation, co-working spaces, workshops, and more, all of which can be declared as business costs. However, we always recommend that you double-check with your accountant to ensure that you're following the proper guidelines and regulations.

To have peace of mind during your travels, we always recommend to have a travel insurance.

Yes. We have a flexible booking policy.

• Cancel until 60 days prior to the trip – fully refunded (you don’t lose any money)

• Cancel between 59 - 36 days before departure = 35% cancellation costs about the travel sum

• Cancel between 35 – 22 days prior to the trip – 75% cancellation costs about the travel sum

• Cancel between 21 - 14 days prior to the trip = 90% cancellation costs about the travel sum

• Cancel within 0-14 days of the trip - non refundable

Yes, we have a balanced schedule between business, leisure and time to do what has to be done.

Each day, you'll have a few hours of free time. This is your opportunity to catch up on work if needed, deepen the connections or explore the destination.

We notice participants get the most out of this experience when they can minimize work-related concerns. This allows for more immersion to work ON your business instead of IN it.

To provide everyone the flexibility to travel from their own chosen locations when most convenient, we do not arrange flights.

Nonetheless, we do provide tips and tricks to simplify this and help you find the best flights for your needs!
