If you're joining the 5-day retreat, please note that we will begin with a welcome brunch at 10:30 AM.

We recommend flying in at least one day before the retreat starts. If you choose to fly in on the day of the retreat, make sure to arrive before 7:00 AM, as customs can take some time at Marrakech airport.

To make your experience even more relaxing, you can choose to book an extra night at the accommodation before the retreat starts. If you're interested, just send us an email at info@theviomati.co, and we’ll reserve the extra room for you. The cost for an additional night ranges from 150 to 180 euros per room, depending on the partner accommodation including breakfast.

If you're joining the 5-day retreat, you can plan to depart from Morocco anytime after 2:00 PM on the final day.

Is your flight at night or really early in the morning? No worries – we will make sure you are at the airport on time!

Absolutely! We welcome solo travelers, even if it's your first time. Rest assured, we've got you covered. Upon your arrival, our private transport will be there to welcome you at the airport.

Yes. We have a flexible booking policy.

• Cancel until 60 days prior to the trip – fully refunded (you don’t lose any money)

• Cancel between 59 - 36 days before departure = 35% cancellation costs about the travel sum

• Cancel between 35 – 22 days prior to the trip – 75% cancellation costs about the travel sum

• Cancel between 21 - 14 days prior to the trip = 90% cancellation costs about the travel sum

• Cancel within 0-14 days of the trip - non refundable
